Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov has dismissed Sultan Ahmetkhanov, head of the Nadterechny District, for violating the land law in the last two years, Yuga.ru reports.
The official promised to put everything in order and return land. Inspections said that Ahmetkhanov had done nothing to fix his mistakes.
Shamil Kutsayev, local district police chief, has become the acting district head.
Adnan Nagayev, head of the Groznensky District, was appointed to work at Chechen administration and government to be the acting district head on order of Ali Arsanukayev.
