Russia to monitor migration abroad

 

The Russian Foreign Ministry will monitor migration processes of compatriots in Germany, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Moldova, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Ukraine.

The ministry note people willing to move to Russia, their knowledge of the state program, socio-demographic features, motivation and ability to adapt to new socio-economic conditions.

Studies will be organized in a form of polls until December 15, 2012.

The state program for migration of compatriots started in 2006 and ends in December 2012. The program is expected to be extended.

The Russian Federal Migration Service says that about 80,000 compatriots returned to 39 Russian regions in 2006-2012.
