The USA is unable to settle the Karabakh conflict but will help bring the sides closer

The USA supports a peaceful settlement of the Karabakh conflict on the basis of the principles of territorial integrity, non-violence and the right of self-determination within the terms of the Helsinski agreements, said the US Secretary of State Hilary Clinton, Trend reports.

"The USA is unable to settle the Karabakh conflict but are ready to help bring the sides closer, so that they will be able to come to some agreements", said Clinton.
