The Russian Ministry for Labour and Social Protection proposed setting the quota for foreign workers unchanged at 1.745 million, RIA Novosti reports.
Russia will need about 1.226 million foreign workers in 2013 (1.267 million in 2012). The reserve for foreign labour was set at 30% of the total quota or 519,600.
