South Ossetian President Leonid Tibilov said that Georgia was having military preparations at the perimeter of its border, Interfax reports.
Tibilov said at a meeting of co-chairs of Geneva talks in Tskhinvali today that the Georgian Defense Ministry was building fortifications at the territory next to the Leningorsky District and was building warehouses for weapons.
The president believes that the actions were targeting South Ossetia, which will mark the 22nd anniversary of the republic in 2 days.
