Moscow to send troops to Caucasus

The Russian government may soon send troops to the North Caucasus, Interfax cites an insider source as saying on Wednesday.

According to the source, local police forces are insufficient to combat militants and that is why the Federal Anti-Terror Committee may soon ask to send troops to the region.
