Putin and Nazarbayev hail Russian-Kazakh ties

Russian President Vladimir Putin and Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev are satisfied with the way bilateral relations are developing, the Prime news agency reports.

The parties are going to sign 27 agreements worth $2 billion, Kazakhstan's leader said.

"Regional cooperation is a key factor for interaction," his Russian counterpart said.
