he Iranian Majlis (parliament) has issued a statement signed by 250 lawmakers to condemn the production of a film which desecrates Islam’s Prophet Mohammad, Press TV reports.

Iranian lawmakers in their statement urged the Islamic governments to stop their indifference and defend the honor of the Islamic world against the enemies of Islam.

“The World’s Muslims should know that the war between Islam and blasphemy is a real war and the only way for the salvation of humanity is resorting to the path of Mohammad (PBUH) and his book, the Qur’an, and to resist the US and Zionism,” the statement added.
