US state secretary Hillary Clinton arrived in Tbilisi on Monday, Novosti Georgia reports, citing the Georgian Foreign Ministry. A meeting with Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili is scheduled.
While Clinton will also meet with leaders of the Georgian opposition, she will not meet with the head of the "Democratic movement -United Georgia." Nino Burdzhanidze has said she did not wish to meet Clinton, adding that she would give her reasons for the decsion at a later date.
