Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov has discussed regional development with acting head of the Shelkovsky District Ismail Dadalayev, Nadterechny District Shamil Kutsayev, Groznensky District Ali Arsanukayev and Urus-Martanovsky District Husein Aydamirov, the Chechen government reports.
Arsanukayev said that the Grozny-Shatoy Highway was damaged and the hospital in the district lacked ambulances. He noted that the district was preparing for autumn and winter.
Kutsayev said that the Goragorsk Village of his district had a road damaged by landslide. Kadyrov said that he will order the Minister for Roads Abubakar Tumhajiyev to work on the issue.
Dadalayev said that the Shelkovsky District needed doctors. Another problem is a mosque that is in need of reconstruction at the district center. The official added that roads needed repairing. Kadyrov said that construction of the Mozdok-Kizlyar Highway through the Shelkovsky District will be considered.
Aydamirov requested support for construction of a cardiological center. He thanked Kadyrov for building a school and two stadiums. The Chechen leader promised to add the cardiological center construction to the program for development of the republic.
Kadyrov expressed hope that the Council of Deputies would show confidence in the four district authorities and help them realize their potential.
