Azerbaijan desires cooperation with the EN and NATO, but is not planning to join either of them, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mamedyarov said in an interview with the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung newspaper, ITAR-TASS reports.
Mamedyarov noted that "integration into the Euro-Atlantic structures is a top priority of Azerbaijani foreign policy, but one should clearly understand that integration doesn't mean membership". "Our cooperation will continue within the frames of reforms, which our country needs", the minister said.
