The Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad stated conditions for the settlement of the problem over the Iranian nuclear program during his visit to the US, Trend reports, citing the official site of the president.
According to the site, Ahmadinejad addressed to “American political elite” and stated that the nuclear program of Iran is a subject of discussions only between Iran and the US.
According to him, the Iranian nuclear problem will be settled if the US rejects prepossession toward Iran in general.
“The US chose confrontation policy for Iran after the Islamic revolution in 1979. However, if American leaders abandon this policy, both sides will benefit from it,” Ahmadinejad thinks.
