Israel will not apologize to Turkey for attacking the Freedom
Flotilla, the Foreign Minister of Israel Avigdor Lieberman said after
meeting with his Latvian counterpart in Latvia, RIA Novosti reports.
The newspaper 'Hurriyet' reported that Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet
Davutoglu announced that Turkey will break off all relations with
Israel, if Israel does not apologize for the attack and agree to
establish an international commission to investigate the incident.
Lieberman believes that it is Turkey that should apologize.
Israeli Premier Benjamin Netanyahu refused to apologize or pay
compensation to the victims, but he expressed interest in normalising
bilateral relations.
