The new government of Kazakhstan, headed by Serik Ahmetov, remains much the same. The only new minister is the minister for economic development and trade, Yerbolat Dosayev.
He was born in 1970 in Alma-Ata. He worked in several Kazakh banks, and in 1998 was an aide to the prime minister of the republic.
In 2004-2006 he was the Healthcare Minister of the country. Later he was the chairman of the executive council of KazInvestBank.
