Hungary wants to restore relations with Armenia

Hungary wants to restore relations with Armenia without any preconditions. On Monday the Hungarian Foreign Ministry sent a diplomatic note to the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, News.am reports.

“The diplomatic note expresses the interest of the Government of Hungary in ending the unilateral suspension of diplomatic relations by the Republic of Armenia without any preconditions. The diplomatic note is a formal reply to a communiqué in which Armenia informed Hungary about the suspension of the diplomatic relations,” a statement posted on Hungarian government’s website says.
