A major Turkish opposition party is going to file a lawsite against the country's government, RIA Novosti reports.
The Republican People's Party (CHP) says the government has allowed the Free Syrian Army to establish its headquarters in Turkey as well as to train rebel forces in refugee camps.
According to the CHP's representative, Khurshit Gunesh, only parliament has a right to allow a foreign military presence in the country and no corresponding decision has been made by lawmakers. Thus the government has violated the 90th article of the Turkish Constitution, Gunesh said.
