Commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps of Iran Mohammad Ali Jafari said that the structure may mobilize 450 battalions to repel attacks on the country, Trend reports.
The battalions of Imam Khuseini were trained well, the military chief says. He added that females may be mobilized as well.
General Hossein Salami said earlier that Iran was ready to withstand an attack of a military coalition under US command.
