Usman Rassukhanov has been approved as the Minister of Finance of Chechnya, the governmental website reports.
The appointment was read out by Chechen Deputy Speaker of Parliament Isa Tumkhajiyev.
The Speaker of Parliament praised Rassukhanov’s knowledge of the financial system. The latter has also worked as director of the department for financing of the Chechen Ministry of Finance.
