The Armenian Foreign Minister, Edward Nalbandian, and his counterpart from Bhutan, Lyonpo Khandu Wangchuk, have signed a protocol on establishment of diplomatic relations at the UN, NEWS.am reports.
Wangchuk informed Nalbandian about the democratic reforms of Bhutan.
