Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan to discuss bilateral relations

The Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan, Elmar
Mammadyarov and Rashid Meredov, have discussed bilateral relations and
issues related to the legal status of the Caspian Sea at the UN
General Assembly session.

During the meeting Mammadyarov proposed that an agreement be signed between
the diplomatic educational institutions of the two countries, 1news.az
reports. The Turkmen minister, for his part, took the initiative to
sign an agreement between the official news agencies of Azerbaijan and
Turkmenistan. Both sides agreed to continue and expand cooperation in
the framework of international organizations.
