Masoud Barzani, leader of the Kurdish Autonomy of Iraq, has urged Turkey to improve ties with Baghdad, Trend reports.

Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki said that Turkey was turning into an enemy of all regional states by trying to dominate.

Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu’s visit to Kirkuk, the center of Iraqi Kurdistan, in August 2012 was followed by a meeting of the Ministerial Council Iraq to reconsider relations with Turkey.
