Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov has topped the rating of political survivability of Russian governors, the Chechen government reports.
The 11th rating has 14 governors topping it. The most successful ones are Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin, governors Yevgeny Savchenko (Belgorod Region), Sergey Shoygu (Moscow outskirts), Victor Basargin (Perm Territory), Alexander Khudilaynen (Karelia), Alexander Kobylkin (Yamalo-Nenetsk), Valery Radayev (Saratov Region) and Alexander Drozdenko (Leningrad Region).
The rating was made by the Peterburg Policy Foundation and Minchenko Consulting. Each name in the list receives a rating on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best rating.
