OSCE says Georgian elections free and fair

The OSCE says the recently-held parliamentary elections held in Georgia were free and fair, News-Georgia reports.

According to a statement issued by the OSCE delegation, the elections showed that the democratic reforms had been successful. However, there are some problems with electoral procedures, the statement said.
