The Kazakh police have concluded investigation of the murder of 14 border guards and a forester at the Arkankergen border post in the Alma-Ata Region in May 2012, RIA Novosti reports.
Vladislav Chelakh, a 19-year old border guard of the post, admitted guilt. He was arrested in late July. His lawyer Tolegen Berlikozhanov expects the case to be passed to the court in mid-November.
German experts identified Rustem Akylbayev among the killed soldiers. Two other bodies have not been identified yet.
