The terrorist organization "Al Qaeda", Afghan group "Taliban" and the Islamic Republic of Iran have to pay the relatives of victims in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 $ 6 billion, according to the decree of New York Judge George Daniels, ITAR-TASS reports.
The court has not influence to exercise in order for these sums to be paid to victims.
The leader of "al-Qaeda" Osama bin Laden has taken responsibility for organizing the attacks. However, the Iranian authorities have repeatedly stated that they had no relation to the tragic events of September 11.
