Chechnya and Ingushetia draft border agreement

The commission for reconsidering the border between Chechnya and Ingushetia has prepared a draft agreement, Yuga.ru reports.

The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, has recently said that two districts of Ingushetia are Chechen lands that should be returned to the Chechen people.

Following Kadyrov's statement, the presidential envoy to the North Caucasus ordered a special body to be established in order to settle the matter.
