Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov will attend a session of the GUAM Organization for Democracy and Economic Development in Ukraine, Interfax Azerbaijan reports.
Mammadyarov will chair the session of foreign ministers, dedicated to the 15th anniversary of the organization. He plans bilateral meetings.
