The Tbilisi Mayor Gigi Ugulava has signed a decree to form his own security service for his office, Georgia Online reports.
The new security service will guard the buildings of the Mayor’s Office, gardens, parks and administrative buildings. The service will also provide information on security and monitor its departments.
