Azerbaijan to issue bureaucracy strategy

Azerbaijan is going to issue a special bureaucracy strategy, Trend reports on Wednesday.

The document will spell out how state institutions should develop and how new standards of management should be applied.

"The document is now being prepared," the head of the state service department of the presidential office, Bakhram Khalilov, said.
