Putin is expected to visit Turkey in December

The Turkish government hopes that Russian President Vladimir Putin
will visit Istanbul on December 3, RIA Novosti reports with reference
to the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers.

Initially the visit was planned for October, but was postponed in a
telephone conversation between the two leaders which took place on 8
October. The visit will take place in the framework of the third
meeting of a Council on the Highest Level of Cooperation between the
two countries.
