Cargo at the Syrian plane detained in Turkey did not belong to the Federal Service for Military and Technical Cooperation or Rosoboronexport, spokesman of the latter Vyacheslav Davidenko said, RIA Novosti reports.
Spokesman Andrey Tarabrin said that there was nothing to comment on, because it was not cargo of the said structures.
