North Ossetian Leader Taymuraz Mamsurov has called the new parliament operative and efficient, Interfax reports.
According to 82.4% of protocols checked, United Russia got 45.44% of votes, Patriots of Russia got 26.49%, the CPRF got 10.63% and A Fair Russia got 5.7%. 43.86% of the population voted. Entering the regional parliament requires at least 5% of votes.
