Former Minister of Urban Development of Armenia, Vardan Vardanyan was summoned to the Central Investigation Department of the Armenian Police today, News Armenia reports.
Vardanyan was summoned to the police to give evidence as witness in the case of embezzlement on a large scale connected to the renovation of the National Library of Armenia.
Criminal investigation into the embezzlement of large sums of money during the renovation of the National Library of Armenia was initiated on September 25.
