Russian President Vladimir Putin will hold a council to discuss prevention of terrorism today, Interfax reports.

The talks will be attended by Alexander Bortnikov, Director of the Federal Security Service, Vladimir Kolokoltsev, Interior Minister, and Nikolai Rogozhkin, Deputy Minister and Commander of the Interior Troops of the Interior Ministry.
