Azerbaijani Minister for Communications and Information Technologies Ali Abbasov has joined the ITU-IMPACT Collaboration, Trend reports.
Membership was granted at the ITU Telecom World 2012 Exhibition in Dubai on October 14-18, within the framework of the GITEX Technology Week.
IMPACT is an executive structure of UN ITU. The bloc includes governments, academic organizations and experts. 193 states have membership in the organization and have access to special knowledge, facilities and resources to protect from cyber attacks.
