The Chechen parliament of the 179th plenary session has passed constitutional amendments, restoring the Galanchozhsky and Cheberloyevsky Districts.
Speaker of Parliament Dukuvakha Abdurakhmanov noted that the districts had initially been transferred due to circumstances of the time. Their restoration is essential for normal ties base on collaboration with neighbours.
