Suicide bomber triggers explosion in south-east Iran

Early this morning at Friday prayers a suicide bomber triggered an explosion that killed one man and injured others, ILNA reported.

According to preliminary reports, the man entered a mosque in the Iranian city of Chabahar in Sistan-Baluchestan province and detonated the bomb when he was confronted by the police.

ILNA reported that six people were injured as a result of the blast, three of them are children, two are police officers. Two of the six injured are in a critical condition.
