Russia demands that Turkey confirm that the plane heading to Syria from Russia that was recently stopped in Ankara was not carrying any arms.
A statement to that effect has been made by Russian minister of foreign affairs Sergey Lavrov.
The plane was reportedly carrying radar equipment, capable of being used for warfare.
