Robert Valeyev and Ruslan Kashapov were killed in a special operation for planning a mass terrorist attack during Eid al-Adha celebrations in Kazan on October 26, Interfax reports.
They were on the federal wanted list.
An FSB officer was killed in action. He sacrificed himself by covering one of the terrorists with his body when the terrorist activated an explosive device.
