On October 29 in Iran three-day large-scale military exercises will begin involving ground forces and combat aircraft. The exercise will take place in the area of Gilyangerb in the west of Kermanshah.
The Iranian news agency MEHR calls these exercise "unprecedented" in scope and reports that for the coordination of the Army and Air Force the commanders of all units involved held a meeting in Gilyangerb today, October 25,.
The purpose of the exercises is to improve training and command skills.
