The summit of the Council of CIS Leaders has been postponed, a spokesman of the CIS Executive Committee said in Minsk today, RIA Novosti reports.
The summit in Ashkhabad was to discuss about 20 documents projects to boost regional cooperation in the economic, humanitarian and security fields.
