Today the heads of Azerbaijan and Turkey held a telephone talk. The initiator was President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev. He wished Abdullah Gul a happy birthday and congratulated him on the national holiday – Republic Day. He wished him success in his work, strong health and prosperity to Turkey.
Gul thanked Aliyev for his attention and wishes, Trend reports.
The presidents expressed assurances that ties between the two nations will improve and emphasized the current successful development of relations between Azerbaijan and Turkey.
