Turkmen and Turkish presidents discuss bilateral cooperation

The presidents of Turkmenistan and Turkey, Gurbanguly Berdimuhammadov and Abdullah Gul, have discussed the most important aspects of intergovernmental cooperation during a telephone conversation, the Turkmen government said on Tuesday, Trend reports.

The conversation took place at the initiative of the Turkmen side, which assessed highly  he implementation of the agreements reached at government level.

"Confirming a mutual desire to make long-term cooperation more dynamic, the presidents of Turkmenistan and Turkey expressed their confidence in the successful continuation of fruitful partnership built on a long-term, mutually-beneficial basis," the government's statement says.
