The vacant seat of Alexey Knyshov (United Russia) has been passed to Victor Volodatsky, Deputy Governor of the Rostov Region and Chieftain of the Vseveliky Don Forces.
Andrey Bocharov’s seat was passed to businessman Alexander Bogomaz, Chief Federal Inspector of the Bryansk Region. Mikhail Isayev’s seat was passed to Lieutenant-General Valentin Chaika after switching from the lower to the upper chamber of parliament.
