Iranian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Mohsen Pak Ayin said that Iran and Azerbaijan’s interests in foreign policy will not harm development of bilateral relations, 1news reports.
The ambassador emphasized that there could be only one view on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, peaceful settlement of the problem and return of occupied territories to Azerbaijan.
The diplomat said that the Resht-Astara Railway was essential for the North-South Transportation Corridor. It will increase trade turnover. Iran has fulfilled 70% of the railway construction, the ambassador reminded.
