700 million rubles have been provided this year and the same sum will be issued next year for construction of anti-flood facilities in Krymsk, Governor of the Krasnodar Territory Alexander Tkachyov.
Finances are spent on clearing rivers and installing alert systems. A complex program for protection of districts from floods worth 11 billion rubles was developed.
The Krymsk District of the Krasnodar territory suffered from a major flood on July 6-7.
