Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that compensations to families of crew members killed at the Freedom Flotilla, apologies and lift of the Gaza blockade will remain the three conditions Israel will need to fulfill before normalizing ties with Turkey.
Erdogan noted that not a single of them will be dropped out.
The Freedom Flotilla of Turkey heading to Gaza was attacked by Israeli troops on May 31, 2010. Nine Turks were killed. Israel refused to apologize for the incident. Turkish military cooperation with Israel stopped in September 2011 and the ambassador was called off.
