Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev noted the need for dialogue and diplomatic means for nuclear problems at the ASEM forum. He said that it concerns both the Iranian and North Korean nuclear problems.
Medvedev said that the North Korean problem required restoration of the six-sided talks. He described the responsibility of Russia and the US in reducing nuclear weapons. Countries with nuclear projects that had not joined the Nuclear Non-proliferation Treaty should be taken into account.
