Governor of the Stavropol Territory Valery Zerenkov has urged functionaries to resolve problems stated in complaints of citizens. He believes that most of them can be resolved easily by meeting people.
Zerenkov met locals of the Izobilnensky District on Friday and made a speech at the regional government on November 6.
The governor expressed disappointment that he had received 50 complaints from Stavropol, Kavminvody, Nevinnomyssk, Georgiyevsk and Kochubeyevsky Districts in two weeks of the heating season.
Zerenkov ordered the Ministry for Housing and utilities to work on every case and find causes of heating problems. He also ordered punishments for all functionaries neglecting complaints.
