Russia and Kazakhstan to establish joint missile defense system

Russia and Kazakhstan are going to establish a joint missile defense system. 

Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered a corresponding agreement to be signed. The defense ministry and the foreign ministry were announced responsible for negotiations.

The Russian minister of defense's spokesperson, Irina Kovalchuk, previously said that a plan for the joint missile defense shield would be drafted by the end of the year.
